Definitely. Only it is a matter of time for things to mature in tandem with other factors that also need to mature simulataneously to bring about a scenario which will demand that such is the next stage to evolve into.

Chipping with a small chisel, even a mountain can be flattened out. It is a matter of number of chisels, number of hands and number of days that are engaged and involved in the process.

Also, I have a theory in this regard: Everything is possible unless and until it is absolutely proved to be impossible.
