for probation period

In the standing order of the organization the probation period is 6 months but in the new recruit the probation period is 2 years it is a violation of the standing order does the oraganization have the right to do this?

Generally probation period of newly recruitted employees in every orgainisation is 2 years, which may differ on either side i.e., extend or reduce.

Standing orders are internal directions for smooth functioning of the organisation, which can be amended any time.

It is advisable to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts / documents, professional guidance and necessary proceedings.

But the problem is that the organization is giving a salary of 5000 per month during the probation period
