I need an expert advice from you all who have done registry of your flats in the recent past.
I had booked a flat with Krish City Bhiwadi, took an home loan, everything going fine as of now. all documents are in my name only. Now its time for registry. 6.5% is the registration charges for males.
I would like to get it registered in my wife's name.
Qns:
Is it possible to get it registered it in her name?
She is not working but I can show income from freelance.
How much waiver will we get if it can be registered in her name.
Or is there any way by which her name can be added and get waiver?
