I filled divorce one year back, just after filling divorce a counter case was filled by opposite party alleging dowry harrasment where In laws have alleged that they spent 25 Lacs in marriage. Father in law is a government servant in district collectriate office and having salary around 40K per months, total amount spent by him is 5 lacs where same amount was spent by me.
it would be right to file an TEP(Tax Evasion Petition) against Father in law ?
Or can write a letter to District Magistrate for investigation for her income as he is in DM office ?
