Filing case in nepal

There is a huge amount payable by Nepal Authority to a company. The case has to be filed in Nepal. How do i go about it?

I think it is based upon the agreement. breach of the condition you are going to file case., Kindly check with the nepal civl courts act regarding the filing, court fees, jurisdiction procedure. As per the contract you cna also file in india. but check with codnitions of the agreement.

Thank u sir. The contract provides that the laws in nepal shall be applicable in case of dispute. I am not being able to find the procedural laws. Can u please guide me as to where I could find it.
