File a quashing before bail

Dear Experts,

The question here is whether the quash can be applied before bail, which can not be done, as even HC has rejected bail, so it won't grant stay on the proceedings.

Then only option for me remains are SC, or reappela in HC with change of circumstances.... My lawyer asked me to file a quash as it mite bring a stay then i mite move free. Without even getting AB.
