If 10 rs there, and heirs are there widow, childrens etc.  all get equal share.  If not given, she can move court and drag rest of the people to court and make them roam till they die.

Sir, As per Hindu Succession Act all legal heirs get equal rights of inheritance on the demise of parents. Why did the daughter wait for more than 20 years to claim her rights? Good luck, Kishor Mehta

Is there any timeline to claim for property? Will it reject if she appeal?
