Family law

A married lady is always going home without any reason by receiving a call from her father as and when required .....just by informing the husband that she is going .is is correct in the court of law for the girl to do that always .when the husband tries to object....she tries to quarell. ....is it correct tht the girls father at least need some permission from the husband to take his daughter , which he has not done before ......can the father can be charged in the court of law for this ........

This is absolutely an internal family matter between the husband and the wife and not a legal issue.To be settled by the husband and the wife only within four walls of their marital home without third party interference.

It's correct but the girls father is always insisting her to come home as and when required ......and ispite of repeated objection the situation is the same .......what can be done .......can it be possible to settle on legal ground madam/sir

Is the wife minor that to take her anyone requires permission of her guardian? The wife is adult and if she moves out of matrimonial home with her father without taking permission from her husband, there is no infringement of law

The issue raised by you has no relevance, if the husband is unable to convince his wife for not going out of matrimonial home without informing him, it’s his mistake, father of the wife even if he is taking her or is interfering in their matrimonial life, the husband should have guts to tell his wife as well the father in law to keep out of his matrimonial affairs, no court will pass any order against the wife or FIL not to do so and take permission from the husband for leaving the home.

We live in a country where liberty is constitutional right. Adult person has freedom to go wherever she wants whenever she wants. Marriage is not slavery where one spouse has to obey another. If any spouse has any illusions that marriage gives them license to oppress the courts will happily remove such illusion.
