false case of 498A is filed against me

My wife filed false case 498A on me and my family , what shall be bettre for the sake of my safegaurd, whether i used to defence only or file case against her.please belp me.

Take Anticipatory Bail.      For now, concentrate on your defence.

Concentrate on proving her case false.. Once you are acquitted, it can be an additional ground for Divorce that she initiated false complaints and cases against you and your family.
