false case

on an evening around 6.30 . some party supporters suddenly attacked my brothers i run to the point of incident. my brother were beaten up by them .. they got 4 cut by shape knife... but as they were ruling party they false charge us on ipc326 and 307.. what should we do now???

File private complaint in court.court will order to register thecase to police.
