Fake obc certificate

Thanks in advance...please clarify my doubt...

there is a person who has created fake obc certificate. He used this certificate to get job but he did not join the job and currently he is doing private job.

So I want to know

if person only make false certificate---What are the charges can file on him and what is minimum punshiment may be?

If person make false certificate and use to get job but not joined that job--What are the charges can file on him and what is minimum punshiment may be?

sir,

fraud mines fraud, it is not requrement , howmuch fraud is going on.

you should not join this job. when you join the job than your Diptt. want to got inqury about your all type of dowment & police report of your character/ identy.

atpresent you found only a few happines in your life. but in futer you loss all crear, name & fame, in all socity,

may be if your diptt. is not going on your inqury . so hall life if your enemy /foe know you did chit than got job, than file a complain against you and diptt. has right to get recory and file a case against you regarding froud.
