Failure of mutual divorce talks

Dear All

Can anyone please confirm, when the girls parents approached for mutual divorce but later when the guy agreed. Then they became more greedy and started demanding more money. Hence in this case if the talks fail, and they then goto court and file the various cases like 498a or DV. Would the court not recognise that this is simply a sham as the money demands were not met.

Look forward to expert advise.

1. Allegations and counter allegations are common moresoever in matrimonial cases. Nothing new coming out of such briefs.

2.
All that matters are proof of innocence and or respectable amount of doubt which this brief does not spell of other than some mutual 'talks failed'. Brush up on negottiation skills to avoid gender laws charges coming your way.

3.
Or now meet her and her side in Court(s) and contest their false charges accordingly in assistance of an Advocate.

Recording of this mutual agreement divorce talk may help in case of false cases if filed any.

Keep the talk on mobile and keep on collecting more and more proofs..
