Extra marital

Me and my husband are separated since 8years.. 5-6 cases are going on between us.. we don't talk to each other at all.. have come to know from somewhere that my husband has a girlfriend & he has a physical relation also with her.. can anything be done legally? I don't have any proofs.. what does the court do in such matters ?

better resolve issues and file Mutual consent divorce petition no need to add more cases to your list.
