I bought a leasehold plot (Constructed as per approved map) long back from the owner of leasehold KDA Plot. I am paying Nagar Nigam House Tax in my name. I am planning to convert my Leasehold to Freehold. How much expense will be needed. Is there any consultant providing such services at Kanpur?
