Evidence

Does the evidence has any value in the court of Family Law.....?

I see only submitting answers and now worry for mantainence, Is there any procedure to present the evidence to the court........?

They are ready to punish me by way of mantainence, even though she desrted me.....?

Evidence has no place in court......? Or i guess by the time they will ask for it, it willbe of no use....?
