Hello All
We have appointed a agency to appoint security in our apartment, there are some doubts regarding the ESI and EPF payment.
1. I would like to know if ESI and EPF go hand in hand?
2. As a primary employeer can i pay only the ESI and skip the EPF contribution to the security agency.
3. What is the exact percentage for ESI and EPF.

If the security agency from whom U hired the guards has more than 20 employees , provisions of EPF & ESI APPLY.As a employer U have to pay 13.61% of wages towards EPF and 6.25% towards ESI
