DV respondents need to attend?

wife filed DV ...can respondents be represented by advocate? Or respondents should n must attend dv case?

Hi,

Presence is mandatory for some stage of proceedings like vakalat,mediation decision,evidence etc. Hire a advocate and he can represent  you and respondents on the journey. Good luck dude.
