DV filed after 20 months

M from punjab my Wife filed dv case u/s 3 on me after 20 months of going out of our house...its private complaint...need help from experience lawyerz regarding this..thank you

Thank you kapil sir...i had filed rcr 6 months back she filed dv 15 days back...my rcr is runing ,then what will be fates of both cases...i live in punjab
