Dv and 125 same court

Hi friends need your help. Domestic violence filed in november 2013 and 498a filed in jan 2014 and now 125 crpc filed in the same court.. Interim maintainace order of 7000/- in domestic violence.. Please advice with some citations that domestic violence and 125 not maintainable in same court.

Yes she can file DV after 2 years as she has also filed 498a against you. Maintenance to wife is mandatory unless she is earning or capable of earning. If yes file a appeal petition in HC. If not you can't do any thing.
