I had purchased flat in jan 2005 in mira road, thane,maharashtra,with gic home loan and taking possession with letter.
but after 15 years one another party came to my society office and showing same flat registration documents year of 2003.i had checking all documents from him.he cannot done full payment to the builder only 15 percentage payment of the flat cost.
he had asking for claim this flat,but registration party died before 3 years, asking claim to me his nominee.
but possession in my hand last 13 years.
so what will be do...?
making a cancel deed... between builder and his nominee?
or file case against to the builder....?
what's the results in this matters in court.
and what will be do now...?
