Doing 2 contract jobs at a time

Dear Friends,

My friend works as a CJL.Junior Lecturer on a Contract basis in a Govt. Junior College and he is also working for another private company on a contract basis. So, is this legal working for 2 organizations.

The contract signed with both employers, HR policy/service rules and regulations pertaining to employees on contract should be shown to an able labor Law Consultant/Service matters lawyer/Law firm for a qualified opinion.
