my widow cousin is purchasing resale flat in alibaugh Maharashtra.
she want to know what r the documents required and what documents should she demand from owner of flat. as she widow with 2 kids she dont have any idea in this.

All the previous documents of the present document (in which the seller was purchased). And obtain an EC for a period of 30 years from the Registrar Office concerned. All documents/papers shall get verified by a lawyer.
