Documents needed to check while purchase high rise building

Hello Sir,

I'm planning to purchase flat at 17th floor which has got G+19 floors. Please tell me what all documents I need to check before purchasing flat.

1) I already checked "Land document" pertain to flat. It's clear

2) What all document needed to check with respect to height clearance of the construction of G+19 floor?

And where I can check this documents?

3) Builder is saying it is BDA approved:

How I can check this?

4) Any other document I need to check?

Inform details of property, location etc., and File Application seeking information from Public Information Officer, concerned Corporation under RTI Act for providing a copy of approval for construction and copy of approval for occupation certificate if any given in the past. After receiving, you may enclose it to your documents, that may help you .

Besides above suggestions, you may consult a local lawyer conversant with property laws, take his opinion and advise on the issue and then proceed with the purchase.

Thank-you very much for nice suggestion. FYI, my friends already bought flat from that project. They already cross verified with lawyers. Meanwhile, I wanted to do manually. That's what I was requesting sir,

Is there any site to find out information about BDA approved site?
