I purchased a Property on Dec 2012. Before that It was purchased by my seller in 2006, At that time my seller purchased as GPA cum sale agreement for 250 square yards. In this 250 sq yards, 200 sq yards have one sale deed document and another 50 sq. yards from another sale deed. In his GPA document the history of the 50 square yards was written but sale deed number was missing.
When my seller (GPA Holder) sold this plot in 2012 to me. He made as self rectification saying that 50 square yards purchased from my seller and by mistake sale deed number is missing and specified two sale deed document Nos.
Now, I would like to ask you that whether this self rectification deed is valid or not?
If it is not valid, Can I go for Re-rectification deed with the previous sellers (who sold this plot to my seller)
In how many years GPA holder can sell his property without sale deed to others.
Please let me know your suggestions.......
