Divorce process

1.    Seeking divorce is tougher than getting married.

2.    The fastest divorce process is via Mutual Consent Divorce. Refer to similar past discussions here in Family Law Forum on this mode of seeking divorce.

3.    The reasons or grounds for divorce assuming by your LCI member registration name to be Hindu, is mentioned in Hindu Marriage Act. Refer to its Bare Act by searching under Search box and go through it and see if it helps. 

Well the journey first starts by discussing issues in marriage with your wife failing which then arranging relatives – elders from both sides meeting to sort amicably marital issues of couples and failing these social ways one seeks help of an Advocate whom one finds via reference.

Presuming you are hindu, look at the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955

Section 13 lays down ample of grounds. MCD is also there
