Divorce process

MYSELF AND WIFE MARRIED BEFORE 3 YEARS . STILL WE HAVE DIFFERENCE OF OPINION . I SUGGESTED MY WIFE FOR DIVORCE PROCESS , BUT MY WIFE NOT AGREE FOR DIVORCE . KINDLY SUGGEST AN SOLUTION . WE HAVE NO ISSUES

If both agree for divorce then you can file mcd. If she doesn't agree then you need to file contested divorce which might run for years I suggest you to settle the issue amicably rather than approaching court

Normal wear and tear of marraige does nort become grounds for divorce and if there are differences then what level of differences are there, if the differences are in such nature that normal conjugal life is affected then you may go for the divorce on grounds of desertion, since there is mental desertion than the physical one remember to ensure that desertion is not from both the sides,
