Divorce orders & notice

Hi All,What is difference between the Order & Notice in Divorce case under Sec 13 ia,ib after disposal of Divorce? Please advise me taking example whether divorce issued or not? . if divorce issue how many days it will take to get certified copies from court? Please advise. Thanks for ur time

Whether the respondent did not appear on 04,,10,2013 even after receiving the notice from court?, if so, the respondent would have been called absent, set exparte, hence the case disposed.  You should have applied for the copy of the order within a week, and by now you should have got one, it will take minimum  period of one week to get the copies in such cases.
