I got married couple of years before and now proceeding with divorce. She was indian citizen having indian passport during marriage. But now she is outside india and aquired citizen of that country by naturalisation. She is also holding the foreign passport.
Kindly let me know if the indian divorce acts are applicable to foreign citizens.. Is there any way out legally that I can use this as a tool to get divorce fast.

yes you can file a divorce petition as per indian laws against her but for this the petition should be filed in india.

You can file a petition for dissolution at the place where the marriage was solemnised or where the couple last resided together.
