Divorce case withdrawal

Greetings,

If I withdraw the divorce case that I had filed earlier, will the family court notify my wife that case has been withdrawn or will she get to know about it on the next date of hearing?

My wife left over 3 years ago and now refuses to agree for a divorce. I am unable to bear the expenses of court proceedings and pay her interim maintenance at the same time.

Please advise.

Court will not personally informed the withdrawal of case to your wife. If she has appeared in the case thru., an advoctae, he would inform the same to your wife

Personally Court will not inform her regarding withdrawn of your case , when she visit court alongwith her advocate on her hearing date then her advocate will inform her accordingly after checking and reading the order sheet .
