i have a query for divorce, a lady who has married a man who is very dangerous he always fight with her wife and his father and mother in law all are beware from him, sometimes he goes to take wine, vicsky and kept at his home.. now if his wife want divorce from him but no one supported her , how she can takel this things is there any safe law or idea to kept away from his husband..

Let her approach free legal aid cell in the court premises. They will file divorce petitoin in the court without charging even 1 rupee.
