divorce

Hello! I married on 17th may, 2014.My wlife was having affair before n after the marriage. I have all evidence against her. We send her at her home now. How should I get divorce???

you file null and void case in family court, and get declared null and void your marriage.

File the Divorce case in the ground Adultery. And produce all the evidence... You can get divorce.

it is possible? without completing 1 year from the date of marriage we have file the case in family court but the case will be proceed after 1 year from the date of marriage.

I have below evidences like her picture with someone, telephonics conversations, what's up chat records. Are that sufficient to get divorce? One more thing to ask what will be my liability towards my wife?
