Hi Friends,
My wife has filed a divorce case with illegal allegation in chennai. I have received the summon letter to appear in family court chennai whereas she was staying with me in delhi. Where should i hire a lawyer??
So, please suggest me what should i do and need a genuine lawyer.

You can hire an advocate from delhi also. But it will be very expensive. If you know anybody in chennai take the help to find out the good advocate in chennai.

First of all how she has got jurisdiction to file case in Chennai if you are saying that she is staying in Chennai?
