Distribution of gold, silver ornaments by will deed

My mother aged above 80 wants to write a WILL distributing her cash, gold and silver amonst her 3 children. She has no problem about cash division. But, regarding ornaments, she likes to distribute specific items to each individual. In that case, instead of listing them in the WILL, can she attach 3 annexures for 3 children and refer them in the main WILL? She will sign the annexures also. Please clarify if it is legally valid?

Yes. She can mention it as she likes.

There should be a specific mention about the annexures too in the Will to make if more effective and enforceable.

She has to mention specifically the items which she wants to particular individual elsewll shall be suspicious.

Thanks. As I have already mentioned in my query that there will be specific items mentioned in each annexure as per my mother's wish and all annexure references will be clearly referred to in the main WILL deed. Hope that will satisfy the legal requirements and validity of the WILL.
