Dispute of ancestral property sale to third party

A (X) person have his family disputed grand father's property.

His grand father (B) had 2 brothers (A & C).They have some land in Village.
Due to personal reasons X's grand father(B) along with his other brother(A) sold their share of property to their 3rd brother(C) at just 10000 rupees. Then X's father also signed the document along with his grand father(B) and his grand mother(B's Wife).

Now X want to buy back their share from ( Z ) grand son of (C).  But Z sold out it to outsider (Y), without intimation to X.

sir now X want to buy his grand father(B) share of land.

Does (X) legally eligible for buy back?
If yes at market value or less than that?

Please suggest what legal action should X take, against buyer (Y) or seller (Z)..?

Please resolve this issue soon.

You can file partition suit against the all the vendor and purchaser.

X should file a partition suit against all family members.

If the sale deed (from B to C) mentions that the first right of refusal lies with the family member, then also you have a chance to get your share but by paying a price.
