Direct and Indirect

if we ignore the doctrine of remoteness, everyone (includind state itself )commits cheating. More or less we cheat each other and the government cheats the citizen . The  economy is based on cheating to some extent, and there can be no material development without cheating.  "Maya maha thagini hum jaani" - cheating is inherent charecter of the materialism, so how can one surive in material life without taking help of cheating? - It may not be direct , it may be indirect or it may be remote i.e. beyond the extent of law and even beyond the extent of  morality, but it is dificult to  survive without help of cheating.

Its not always true that one can not survive without wrong doing. However defination of 'SURVIVE' is differ person to person.

What the matters is gravity, circumstances, other party and ultimate intentions.
