Develor delays the possession , though greed to give iby jun

(1)The developer though agreed in the agreement, delaying the possession ?

(2)This property is at Alibaug & we want to proceed in the matter

(3). Agreement signed on 19th June,13 & 24 months time was given for handing over the possession..

(4) 24 months time expired on 19th June 15. 

(5)what is the further limit to file Suit ? is it before 19thy June 17 ? (2 years?)

(6) Where te suiit should be file . In consumer Court Bombay ??
