Good morning to everybody, I need advice from you. I am working for one of the civil contractor at Andhra Pradesh. My contractor had taken labor license and that was expired on 30-06-2011. He deposited an amount of Rs.15,000/- as EMD. The contract agreement between my contractor and employer has expired on 15-07-2011. Now, my contractor has some minor works at work place he is asking for extension of contract agreement for another 2 months. The same may be accepting the employer. Please let me know how to renewal the labor license from Labor department after expire the period.
