In some cases, divorce petition filed by husband on cruelty grounds gets very prolonged as wife denies to give divorce. If such a husband settles with some unmarried girl with latter's consent, will it ammount to adultry or bigamy on his part?
If separated wife comes to know about this relationship, what harm she can do at the maximum? Will it be rather easy go at divorce petition pending?

NO HARM ONLY REWARDS.
1if adequate safeguards are taken adultery cannot be proved.
2even if proved it is not an offence under IPC, at max wife can seek divorce on grounds of adultery.
