my friend was cheated by her husband.
he hided the first marriage and cheated her and ran away with my friends money along with his original wife.
police completed investigation and filed chargesheet on him and his wife and his friend who involved in this offence.
he got the anticipatory bail from HC.
his wife applied quash petition in HC
HC issued interim stay order to her and she filed in june 2009 and from that time it was extending
i need to know how much time her quash petition would extend?? and what is the end date of it?
his friend A3 in this case also filed quash petition in 2010 HC and now it was listing
all the three accused is not at all attending the lower court trials how long this situation would extend pls let me know.this case got the CC number of lower court in 2010.
one more doubt is already A2 and A3 applied for quash and delaying years will A1 also will have a chance to
apply in HC for quash even after getting anticipatory bail from HC.
