Defamation on watsup false alleation messaes to 25 members

Hello, If a person sends whatsapp text messages to 3 other people with false accusations against you, can you file a defamation suit against that person? kindly post reference orders of SC or hC if available

In defamation suit you need to send legal notice to the opposite party and after 15 days you have to filed defamaiton suit in court by depositing half of amount in the court and before any defamation suit you and file 65B Certificate in the court. How much amount you have filed for defamation suit?

for proving defamation you have to prove that :-

1. communication is made by defendent.
2. communication is made regarding complainant.
3. communication has been sent to a person other than complainant and defendent.
4. communication  resulted in  loss of reputation by complainant.
5. communication is false.
