defamation

My husband has abandoned me here in europe. Their is a police report against him & medical reports justifying his domestic violence. Also i have his pics with other girls showing his true chatacter. I want world to know his reality as legal procedure against him will take time. Can i share all this content in my facebook. Can he sue me for defamation in that case???
