Yes , the Laws are sufficient for protection of fraud by using internet banking in India . People depend on cyber laws to protect them from online fraud  . Laws are made to prevent and identify the theft . 

but there's no any specific law for jurisdiction of cyber crime and digital law to protect the victim of cyber crime. and no special law regarding new category of cyber crime in india.

You are absolutely correct that there are no specific laws for jurisdiction of cyber crime , but the offence or crime is being dealt with the Indian Penal Code and few other legislation's . The only reason is because cyber law is not defined  under IT act 2000 or in any amendment of IT act but it is governed by IT act . However the IT act is the salient one , guiding the entire Indian  legislation  to govern cyber crimes rigorously.
