Respected sir, District court has given the judgement on custody of minors under GWA in favour of father . May I know how can we collect the children from opponent party.

File execution petition in same court for execution of order.

Address a letter first to the wife calling upon her to hand over the child/ children to you before filling the Execution Petition as rightly suggested by Adv Sidharth hereinabove.
