Cross examination for divorce (husband applied against wife)

We are planning to approach HC to speed up the case and trying to get the Timeline to complete the Trial

Please Advice me on TIPs for this approach.

Dear Experts,

Approaching HC for Speed up the Trial is Advisable now or not becos last 5 hearing are wasted by opposite side and also they warned us not to hurry if you want short date come and go as they only decide when they are going to cross my brother ect.

We changed our Lawyer and hand over the case docuement to new Lawyer and he is preparing Petition for HC To speed up the Trial in Family Court.

Please through some light on this approach!
