cpc 151

a case file against me on cpc 151. what is act mean. As per net source Court has inherit power to take decision. Can you provide details about it

151 cpc defines rejection of plaint in several grounds mentioned therein. Either you are mistaken or hopelessly indulging in wasting the time of co-members.
