Dear Learned Advocates,
We had registered a Civil Case in 2020. Since the Respondents failed to comply with the orders, the Judge had passed orders for the attachment of his property. The Respondents had later sought for an Appeal in the High Court in 2021 for uplifting the order passed in the Civil Case and it was disposed in February 2024. However, the Judgement was not uploaded online till date.
How do I get a copy of this High Court Judgement since it wasnt uploaded online? We asked our advocate about it as he hasnt told us clearly.
Also how many days would it take for a High Court to upload a Judgement online?
