My Wife had filed a false case against my father and she had not attended a single date from the date of filing. She had mentioned in her petition that my father cannot sale this property since her husband (myself) have 40% share in it. As a matter of fact is my father purchased this house from his retirement benefits, Moreover i was in 12th standard when this house was purchases and documens are submitted in the cour. The is pending for the last 2yr. My wife is not coming into court and no lawyer is been attending on her behalf. Also judge got changed and new judge have joined and he will be going to give his judgement in month of November. My question once we get the copy of Order what counter cases can be file from my father side. CAn we file defarmation and harrasment case on my wife and inlaws.
