Pursuant to Section 565 to 581 of the Companies Act, 1956 we are contemplating to undergo the process of converting the Partnership Firm into Private Company. However the hindrance in doing so is that out of the four (4) partners of the Firm, two (2) partners are minor. Kindly advice and do suggest the legal documents for doing so, also provide the formats if possible.

What benefit you are looking for by conversion.
It is better to convert to new facility now available as LLP which is similar to Pvt Ltd but easier.
