question of law

question 1. whether two different pieces of information of offence having different allegations occurred at different time , date, can be merged in single FIR by police ?

Despite that police had received information of the offence in the form of writing during each occurrence time .


*information of offense* not to be asume as FIR.

question 2. whether writ is maintainable to directing the registration of two separate FIR after commencement of trial , examination in cheif and cross examination.

Q 1 No, these are two different sets of information which shall have to dealt separately.

FIRs In Multiple States Can't Be Clubbed When Offences Under State Enactments Also Involved.
