How water bodies are partition among plaintiffs and defendants in case of a partition suit ?

The general rule states that all the property belonging to the joint Hindu family property is reserved for partition. However, certain properties are incapable of division. Hence, such properties are not entitled to be divided.

sir a case was filed at lower court farther it moved to High court the judgement is also passed by High court and they ask the lower court to give a prilimary degree within a month so i just wandet to know that how will the water bodies (pond) will be partition.
